1: I'm having problems logging into Internet Banking. What should I do?
If you are connecting using a Local Area Network (LAN), check that it allows secure transactions through the Internet. Clear your cache and try again. If you're still having trouble logging in, call us at 603-83175000

2: What is my Login ID?
When you signed up for Internet Banking, you created your Login ID and Password with combination of letters and numbers, to log in. If you're not sure how to sign up, then call us at 603-83175000.

3: Can I change my Login ID?
No. You cannot change your Login ID

4: What happens if I've forgotten my Login ID or Password?
Don't worry, we'll help you! Call us at 603-83175000.

5: How do I log in to Internet Banking?
It's easy.

  • Go to this page https://internet.ocbc.com.my/internet-banking/.
  • Enter your Login ID and Password (which you have created when you signed-up).
  • You'll then be asked for a one-time password (OTP). This will be delivered to your mobile/hardware token.
  • If you have any questions about your token or logging in, call call us at 603-83175000.

    6: What is the requirement for me to view the new OCBC INB?
    It is best viewed using Internet Explorer version 8 and above. You may also use other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome & Safari.

    7: What do I do if I am using a lower browser version?
    You can update your browser by going to the respective browser websites to perform the update.

    8: The security keyboard is missing. Is it still safe to use my own keyboard?
    Yes! Using your keyboard is just as secure - not to mention more convenient for typing! The security keyboard was an essential defense before the one-time password was introduced. With the one-time password, you can safely use your keyboard to enter your password. Security will always be our main concern.
