5: How do I log in to Internet Banking?
It's easy.
6: What is the requirement for me to view the new OCBC INB?
It is best viewed using Internet Explorer version 8 and above. You may also use other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome & Safari.
7: What do I do if I am using a lower browser version?
You can update your browser by going to the respective browser websites to perform the update.
8: The security keyboard is missing. Is it still safe to use my own keyboard?
Yes! Using your keyboard is just as secure - not to mention more convenient for typing! The security keyboard was an essential defense before the one-time password was introduced.
